Customers have the option of supplying artwork via:
- Hardcopy CD/DVD
- FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
Our how to I send artwork offers information about how to send files to us.
We recommend customer supply artwork saved in at least one of the following file formats:
.EPS, .PDF, .JPEG, .JPG, .TIFS, .AI
For optimum print quality artwork should be saved at 50% the original size (eg. 1000Mm x 400mm). The artwork should be saved at 300 dpi in CYMK colour mode. Artwork should be saved as one of the file types listed above.
We have a range of graphic design packages in house. Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are the most common packages we use to extract files and queue them ready for printing. If you do not have Adobe software you can supply us a high quality PDF (Portable Document File) – This file type can be opening on most PCs and MACs.
Please note we have created special artwork templates to make the artwork delivery process easier for our customers. The global printing artwork format is PDF. Customers simply have to fill one of our banner stands templates (an empty box), save the file and send the file to us by electronic form (email or FTP) or on CD/DVD.
All artwork send to us should have an enclosed document outlining:
- Banner System
- Quantity
- Contact Details
- Daytime Contact Number
- Delivery Address Details
- Invoice Address Details
- Other special order details
