We would like to remind customers that banner stands and roller banners are designed for indoor use. Banner stands are not designed to withstand rapidly changing weather conditions.

If you are looking for a temporary and portable outside display there are 2 key options:

The lightweight construction of a roller banner stand means that in high winds the banner can act like a giant sail – catching the wind easily making the banner prone to being blown away. Roller banners should only be used inside venues. The light weight base isn't stable for indoor environments, they can become unsafe if they are blown over. Unfortunately roller banners can't take on any more extra weight to keep them stable.

Outdoor banner stands are designed with the British weather in mind. These banners have larger, stronger components to resist rain, wind and snow storms. The banner material is tear resistant, weather resistant and made from hard wearing woven PVC.

Unlike roller banner stands the outdoor banner stands graphic doesn't roll up into the base, it is simply attached to a frame. Please do not confuse indoor banner stands with outdoor banner stands because they operate differently and the media material is different.
