One of the many unique selling points of the Ultimate Banners printing service is our free artwork setup.
Many printers charge an additional artwork setup cost. This cost is usually for:
- Handling and allotting digital files
- Transmitting artwork to a print system
- Changing the layout/size ready for printing
- Queuing the artwork appropriately
- Monitoring the printing run to ensure the roller banner is being printed correctly
Roller banner printing competitors will charge customers for the unit, printing, artwork setup and delivery. Ultimate Banners will charge customers for 3 costs not 4: the unit, printing and delivery.
Please read our artwork guide to find out how to send your graphics files to us. If you are unsure about any aspect of the artwork setup, please call us. We are at hand to help you, we do this by making the artwork, printing and delivery process as smooth as possible.
At Ultimate Banners we do not charge a roller banners artwork setup fee.
We do not charge customers additional costs for artwork if:
- The artwork supplied is correctly sized
- The artwork has a bleed
- No additional design is required to make the artwork “print friendly/print ready”
If customers require us to design bespoke artwork for roller banners we will try to meet their budgets. However, an additional cost applies for artwork should a customer require a roller banner to be designed. Artwork design and artwork setup are two completely different processes.
