Artwork File Supply

We prefer to receive a high resolution PDF and an Adobe Illustrator file from customers ordering printed banner stands. We convert files to PDF documents before we send them to print. In minor incidents when we convert a file to PDF it may rip differently than the original. Sometimes this occurs when we take an Adobe InDesign file and export it as a PDF file. To ensure no time is lost, please supply us with the original development file (Adobe Illustrator file) so we can correct any minor artwork issues.
